Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventative maintenance of our facility, equipment and grounds. This role will troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with licensed vendors as needed, including after-hours emergencies, and assist residents with moving and minor repairs.

Qualified applicants will have prior building maintenance experience, team leadership, and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Prior experience in managing a team.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, drains, hot water heaters, appliances.
• HVAC operation and refrigeration basics.
• Electrical knowledge: wiring, voltage, amperage.
• Mechanical knowledge: engines design/operation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and provide emergency services after hours.
• Perform tasks independently and use licensed vendors as needed.
