Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years leadership experience.
• Experience in facility maintenance and Industrial/Commercial HVAC or machine maintenance.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with electrical/HVAC test instruments and power/hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision of maintenance staff and prioritize tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors on contractual work and manage PM/installation processes.
• Ensure safety procedures, e.g., LOTO, and compliance with procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team performance.
• Assist management by prioritizing strategic maintenance projects.
