Job summary

DSV is seeking a Facilities Supervisor, Maintenance in Fort Worth, TX to lead a maintenance team ensuring the safe and efficient condition of the facility and equipment. You will oversee preventative maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and custodial tasks, and support other departments as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of facilities experience, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; maintenance certifications or degree preferred.
5+ years of general facilities, systems maintenance, and repair experience.
Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

Maintain building and equipment; supervise a team of facilities staff.
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of building and equipment.
Inspect, repair, and ensure daily operation of building and material handling equipment.
Identify safety hazards and maintain a safe work site during repairs and maintenance.
Identify problems, diagnose, and perform emergency repairs to equipment and furnishings.
Operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and related tools; maintain forklift certification.
Perform grounds maintenance as assigned.
Uphold safety, housekeeping, and compliance with SOPs and OSHA standards.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
