Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus two years' experience in building maintenance.
• Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry is helpful.
• Familiarity with OSHA, building and fire codes, and hazardous materials regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of facility maintenance technicians.
• Prepare work schedules and assign repair and maintenance duties.
• Oversee tasks by employees and vendors for maintenance needs (lawn care, snow removal, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire systems, elevators).
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks and proper use of tools/supplies.
• Maintain time records and performance evaluations for staff.
