FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team maintaining the general office campus and building systems at one of several locations in the Northeast/U.S.

The role includes scheduling, mentoring, and coordinating vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely maintenance. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least two years in building maintenance and hands-on skills with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus two (2) years' experience in building maintenance.
• Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry; useful but not required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, building and fire codes and hazardous materials regulations.
• Ability to operate power tools used in repair/maintenance activities.
• Ability to operate riding lawn mower and pickup truck with snow removal blade.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate activities of a team of facility maintenance technicians.
• Select, mentor, develop and motivate a team of employees.
• Prepare work schedules and assign repair and maintenance duties.
• Oversee and supervise employees and/or vendors performing maintenance tasks (grounds, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Ensure staff have tools, supplies and skills to perform duties.
• Monitor equipment use and maintenance for safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare and maintain time records and performance evaluations.
• Ensure inspections of equipment (elevators, sprinklers, fire alarms) are completed per standards.
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks as needed to support staff.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies; perform other duties as required.
