The role supervises 5+ technicians and may cover the site if the Manager is unavailable.

The position emphasizes CMMS leadership, preventative maintenance programs, and partnership with the Manager for staffing and discipline.

Qualifications

• Directly supervise 5+ maintenance technicians and oversee hiring processes with the Manager.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee outsourced vendors and ensure work meets standards.
• Analyze daily metrics and manage CMMS inputs.
• Monitor inventory and manage purchase orders.
• Support payroll timekeeping and participate in SLT meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and ensure coverage during time off.
• Provide technical support and coordinate labor for maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships and external work.
• Analyze operation metrics and CMMS performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset transfers.
