Job summary

TechSite is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance and service activities across customer facilities. You will coordinate multiple contractors, manage on-site activities, and serve as the primary maintenance contact for customers while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.

The role combines field oversight with contractor coordination in a mission-critical environment, requiring strong building systems knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance activities and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical building systems.
• Ability to understand contractor work and spot issues.
• Experience with UPS, generators, HVAC/CRAC, and fire protection is valuable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read equipment documentation, specs, and drawings.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, and service across customer locations.
• Provide on-site oversight of HVAC, electrical, UPS, generator, and fire protection contractors.
• Manage multiple vendors on-site and ensure safe, correct work.
• Review and implement procedures and ensure alignment with requirements and specs.
• Serve as primary maintenance contact for customers and communicate schedules and findings.
• Respond to alarms and maintenance emergencies coordinating resources.
• Review vendor and TechSite reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain equipment information, records, and maintenance documentation.
