Zusammenfassung

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Landover, MD to lead all maintenance activities across facilities, improving reliability of production and facility equipment including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will manage scheduling, preventative maintenance, safety processes, budgets, and vendor relations while mentoring the maintenance team.

The role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management and with maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with blueprints and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• On-call availability 24 hours per day.
• High School Diploma/GED

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance activities across facilities to improve functionality and reliability.
• Schedule and manage all facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage budgets for building, equipment, capital expenditures, parts and labor.
• Prepare maintenance reports and evaluate parts suppliers.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; supervise staffing levels and respond to alarms.
