Job summary

Continental Plastic Corporation is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance and facility work across all assets, driving profitability and KPI achievement. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate projects, and support design and installation of new systems.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, managing parts inventory, coordinating external vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Oversees CPC's maintenance and facility work to drive profitability and KPI achievement.
• Manages upkeep of manufacturing, facility, and grounds assets; supervises staff.
• Assists in design and installation of new systems.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain facility assets, parts inventory, purchase orders, invoice approvals, inspections, maintenance work orders, and work area budgets.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide hands-on oversight of maintenance/facility projects including routine repairs and reliability improvements.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related systems; manage building structures.
• Coordinate with purchasing for outside vendors for supplies, repairs, landscaping, custodial needs, and other measures.
• Maintain supplies storage and stock levels, storage and distribution processes.
• Maintain files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and energy management.
• Ensure operational efficiency of equipment and systems through timely inspection/repair.
