Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent with 5 years in building/maintenance.
• Includes 2 years in lead/supervisory capacity; utility ops variant exists.
• Familiarity with safety, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance crews on City buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Schedule work, supervise tasks, and ensure accuracy/completeness.
• Read plans, inspect sites, and enforce safety and codes.
• Oversee fleet maintenance planning and regulatory records.
• Coordinate with superintendents and operators to meet needs.
