Job summary

Dunham-Bush USA is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance, facilities, equipment, and material handling in our HVAC manufacturing facility. You will lead PM programs, coordinate repairs, manage maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, forklift certification, and strong knowledge of PM practices, with leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing preferred
• Must be forklift certified and safe operating material handling equipment
• Strong knowledge of PM programs, equipment troubleshooting and repairs
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and HVAC systems
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, equipment manuals and maintenance docs
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe maintenance practices
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and maintenance recordkeeping

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facilities activities in the manufacturing facility
• Develop, implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime
• Supervise maintenance personnel and assign daily work safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate records of PMs, repairs, work orders and equipment history
• Manage maintenance spare parts, tools, and materials, and coordinate purchasing
• Oversee material handling equipment safety, inspection and maintenance
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and equipment suppliers for service and support
• Support continuous improvement projects and ensure safety compliance
