What you’ll be doing
Keystone Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Maintenance Supervisor with extensive HVAC expertise to oversee facility maintenance operations within our aircraft hangars. This role will lead a team of up to 7 technicians, manage work orders, and ensure regulatory compliance while performing hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems and facility infrastructure. This position is in Boston, MA.

• Logan International Airport
• Shifts Available: 4am-12:30pm (Monday-Friday)
• Salary: $47.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
HVAC & Technical Maintenance

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and install HVAC components (e.g., compressors, condensers, air units, valves, thermostats, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and resolve steam system and HVAC issues
• Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and adjust HVAC settings
• Maintain and repair facility equipment and physical structures

Work Order & Systems Management

• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log work orders, labor hours, parts used, and maintenance records

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise up to 7 maintenance technicians
• Train and mentor new hires and team members
• Act as the liaison between technicians and Facilities Manager
• Order, schedule, and manage equipment deliveries and pickups
• Conduct audits and quality assurance for safety and compliance
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and standards are met

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Be available for emergency on-call support as needed

Qualifications
Required Certifications & Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVACR Certification – Required
• Journeyman’s License – Required
• CFC Certification – Required
• Valid Drivers License - Required

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC codes, blueprints, and technical schematics
• Functional knowledge of steam systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
• Familiarity with safety standards and emergency protocols

Salary Transparency Statement:
