Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC)

Join Keystone Management, LLC as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC) in Boston, MA, overseeing maintenance operations within aircraft hangars. Lead a team of up to 7 technicians, manage work orders, and ensure compliance while performing hands-on HVAC maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and installing HVAC components
• Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Using Building Management Systems (BMS) for monitoring and adjustments
• Supervising maintenance technicians, training, and mentoring
• Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVACR, Journeyman’s License, and CFC Certifications (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience

Additional Attributes: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work at heights, and familiarity with safety standards.
