Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities maintenance team and ensure safe, compliant hospital operations. You will direct repairs, installation, and testing of electrical equipment, HVAC, and related systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance, a High School Diploma or equivalent, MA licenses, and strong leadership and communication skills to train staff and coordinate with regulatory bodies.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Supervises all maintenance workers.
• Assigns work orders and PMs.
• Assists with interviewing and selection.
• Trains and in-services maintenance staff.
• Participates in disciplinary procedures per policy.
• Interacts with all trades within the Facility Department.
• Tests and troubleshoots hospital utility systems components.
• Schedules regulatory inspections and coordinates test/repair work.
• Provides support as needed.
