Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, schedule work, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee daily work orders and prioritize tasks for campus operations.
• Maintain campus buildings, grounds, roads, and parking areas.
• Oversee lock and key systems and transportation scheduling; support snow removal.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and campus departments.
• Address housing facility concerns and manage room inspections during breaks.
