You will oversee equipment and building systems, coordinate with housekeeping for heavy cleaning tasks, manage inventory, and support outdoor maintenance and landscaping efforts within a compliant, resident-focused community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a care or similar setting.
• Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform all maintenance tasks in line with skills and facility policy.
• Monitor equipment and systems; schedule preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Assist in HVAC and climate control oversight; report issues.
• Support housekeeping with heavy floor care and cleaning.
• Provide tools, materials, and maintain inventory.
• Maintain safe outdoor walkways and lawn/landscaping.
• Follow MSDS and waste disposal procedures.
• Assist in inspections, drills, and training; report outcomes.
• Use equipment safely according to instructions.
