Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance staff in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining property and equipment. You will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and guest-ready properties, assign duties, inspect work, and address equipment issues.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and basic building systems, strong problem solving, and a readiness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience and reliable work ethic.
• Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily upkeep of the property, buildings, and common areas.
• Performs electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed.
• Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for standards.
• Investigates maintenance complaints and takes corrective action.
• Conducts orientation and in-service training for staff.
