Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, ensuring reliable operation of boilers, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems within our community. You will coordinate repairs, safety checks, and preventive maintenance, while collaborating with other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met.

You will report to the Director of Facilities Management and supervise contractors; experience in building systems and regulatory readiness is essential for

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent and Vocational Training Certificate or Trade School
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree and Boiler's License 2nd Class C Engineer and Certified Pool Operator
• Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems including boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal start-ups.
• Respond to work requests and supervise trades/contractors.
• Assist Director with supervision of contractors.
• Maintain grounds and ensure safety and budget compliance.
