Genesis HCC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at a skilled nursing and long-term care center. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure building systems are safe, functional, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

In this role you’ll manage preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and inventory while supporting resident comfort and safety in collaboration with nursing and administration.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff in healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and codes.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff for a healthcare facility.
• Oversee completion of work orders and urgent repairs.
