Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Minnesota. The role supervises the Facilities Management team, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, and ensures preventive maintenance and renovations are performed according to policy.

The position oversees equipment, safety, and budget, with on-call duties and collaboration with contractors. A strong background in building systems and maintenance leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Operations and Maintenance knowledge in building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Leadership ability in leading team members toward a common goal.
• Project Management skills in overseeing work orders and communicates status with vested parties.
• Legal and Regulatory knowledge in building codes, emergency preparedness, workplace regulations and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and generators; perform preventive maintenance.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors; manage workloads and assignments.
• Perform skilled plumbing/electrical repairs not requiring a license; repaint interiors/exteriors as needed.
• Maintain grounds, vehicles, and ensure safe parking areas; handle on-call service and budget adherence.
