Job summary

Winfield Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of The Heights at Midtown in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will manage projects, maintenance, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems, leading a team of technicians to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance reviews, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring procedures meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least five years of maintenance experience required.
• Pool, EPA, HVAC certifications or Fair Housing Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Oversee maintenance staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate renovations and new construction projects with vendors and management.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and on time.
• Maintain inventory and track equipment and logs.
