Mental Health Association In Tulsa is looking for a Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our Oklahoma properties. You will plan workloads, supervise repairs to mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure compliance with THA, OHFA and HOME guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, reviewing work orders, coaching staff, and hands-on maintenance as needed. A valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance and supervising staff required.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals; multitask effectively.
