Job Description

Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Reports to: Senior Director of Operations

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Saint Louis, MO, 63113

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean, safe, and operational environments across multiple campuses
• Oversee daily facility operations including cleaning, maintenance, and supply management
• Coordinate with vendors and manage communication
• Support kitchen and food services
• Maintain high health and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of facilities, custodian, or maintenance experience (multi-site preferred)
• Experience in non-profit, school, or childcare settings is a plus
• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between campuses
• Physically able to lift and carry 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and perform demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

This role involves indoor and outdoor work across multiple campuses, requiring physical activity such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The workweek is typically 43 to 45 hours, with occasional evening or weekend duties for events or urgent needs.
