Exciting opportunity in downtown Saint Louis! Hotel Saint Louis, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, is looking for an experienced full-time Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Our hotel is described as 'Midwest Unexpected,' featuring art-filled, one-of-a-kind ambiance. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to all facilities service calls, performing preventative maintenance, painting, and necessary repairs to hotel and restaurant equipment, and assisting with hotel property management.

Other duties include:

• Ensure proper authorization, monitoring, and documentation of after-hours access into secured hotel areas
• Coordinate with outside agencies (e.g., police, contractors)
• Perform repairs and maintenance using appropriate equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel equipment, fixtures, and assets
• Perform daily walk-throughs of the property
• Assist guests during emergencies

Guest Services: 30%

• Review hotel status and follow up on actions from previous shifts
• Escort non-hotel personnel arriving at employee entrances
• Provide guest or employee escorts upon request
• Investigate emergencies
• Patrol the property, check designated points, and document actions
• Address safety hazards
• Secure guest room doors and assist with room access
• Investigate suspicious persons on hotel property
• Respond promptly to guest/employee accidents, administer first aid/CPR/AED (if certified), and communicate with EMS/medical personnel as needed

Administrative Tasks: 10%

• Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and standards
• Properly use and maintain equipment
• Review shift reports and relevant information
• Contact Maintenance Manager immediately in emergencies
• Maintain confidentiality of security and hotel reports/documents
