Job summary

JBS USA in Souderton, PA seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead industrial maintenance on production lines and facility systems. You will supervise technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment uptime while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

The role requires strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC experience, plus hands-on problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork. This on-site position may involve long hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, industrial, PLC experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.
• Display strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others.
• Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs diversified duties with respect to production and facility equipment installation and maintenance.
• Oversees troubleshooting of pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic machine problems and makes repairs.
• Oversees repairs to machines including guarding, bolt replacement, and wear-related breakdowns.
• Assigns team members preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintains WWPT facility to operate safely.
• Provides leadership for maintenance technicians performing maintenance, installs, parts replacement, troubleshooting.
• Keeps records of all work performed and updates maintenance history.
• Ensures GMPs and safety rules are followed.
• May work long hours and weekends as needed.
• May assume other duties as assigned.
