Job summary

NOV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams, plan and coordinate upkeep of manufacturing equipment, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role focuses on developing staff, improving equipment reliability, and collaborating with plant teams to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Project, and Adobe.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their functionality.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Experience working with diverse teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance employees across all shifts.
• Coordinate safe installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Mentor and develop department personnel.
• Maintain and repair facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Track maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local codes.
