Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained. The role requires directing maintenance staff and outside contractors for renovations, repairs, and preventive programs.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and lead administrative duties under the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a great eye for detail.
• Self-starter, organized, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads.
• Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks essential.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees and outside contractors with renovations and repairs.
• Oversees structural repairs to masonry, plumbing, woodwork, irrigation, pools and more.
• Ensures life-safety hazards are corrected and safety standards are followed.
• Obtains bids from outside contractors and submits them with recommendations to the Community Manager.
• Establishes work schedules for maintenance staff and helps plan the maintenance budget.
• Participates in after-hours response and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
