Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Westerville, OH to lead maintenance operations for the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance. The position requires high school diploma, EPA/CPO certs, and HVAC knowledge as a plus. This on-site role includes regular duties, on-call emergencies, and adherence to OSHA

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• On-site software competency and basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate staff and vendor work orders daily.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records of service, inspections, and make-readies.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
