You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Strong hands-on repair skills and the ability to read plans are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2-year technical training in HVAC/electrical/plumbing/carpentry.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts with overtime as required.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, compliant building environment and facilities operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and roofing.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for external services.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and diagrams.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and local codes.
