Job summary

Warn Automotive in Madison, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead installation, repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment. You will supervise maintenance technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating parts with the MRO team, analyzing failures, and mentoring staff. Strong electrical/mechanical skills and CMMS experience are essential; shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of supervisor experience and one year MRO inventory management preferred.
• Must read electrical, hydraulic and mechanical schematics and apply to repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct accountability for overseeing installation, repair and maintenance activities of facilities and infrastructure.+ Lead and supervise Maintenance Technicians and assign daily tasks.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance records.
• Ensure safety standards and environmental compliance, conduct safety inspections and address findings.
