Job summary

Vehicle Service Group in Madison, Indiana, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure critical to daily operations.

You will lead Maintenance Technicians, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and collaborate with Safety and Environmental teams to enforce OSHA standards while ensuring efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with MRO inventory management.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct accountability for overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance activities of all facilities and infrastructure equipment.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and assign daily tasks; manage preventative maintenance records.
• Ensure safety rules and OSHA compliance; lead safety initiatives and audits.
• Coordinate with Safety, Environmental, and Manufacturing Engineering as needed for maintenance resources.
• Maintain inventories with MRO team, manage part availability, and supplier communication.
• Provide training and performance feedback to new and existing staff.
