Cocoon House in Everett, Washington is seeking a detail-oriented Property Maintenance position. This role supports regular building upkeep across multiple site locations, addresses electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and landscaping tasks, and ensures a clean, safe environment for youth, staff, and visitors.

You will coordinate with operations and leadership, perform preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and supervise vendors as needed.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in general building and grounds maintenance, including plumbing and electrical and supervising vendors.
• Experience with HVAC, security, fire system upkeep, vehicle maintenance, and kitchen compliance is a plus.
• Able to manage a facilities database and prioritize requests.

Mansioni

• Perform regular building and grounds maintenance and oversee repairs across multiple sites.
• Schedule maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors and leadership on long-term solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and manage supplies and records in Maintenance Tracker software.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and proper storage of chemicals and tools.
