Job summary

Cocoon House in Everett, Monroe, and Lynnwood locations is seeking a Property Maintenance professional who is detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and regular building upkeep to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for youth, staff, and visitors.

This full-time, on-site position requires 2+ years in building/grounds maintenance, the ability to plan tasks, and collaboration with operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in general building and grounds maintenance; including basic plumbing and electrical.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing maintenance schedules.
• Ability to operate common tools and diagnostic equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work and track maintenance using the Maintenance Tracking system.
• Oversee seasonal landscaping and inventories of facility supplies.
