Location: Oklahoma City, OK

General Duties:
Responsible to perform a variety of facilities-based upkeep and maintenance activities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Care and maintenance of facilities.
- Position requires flexibility to work to the needs of the facility and operations
- Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide proper upkeep of facilities and grounds.
- Able to operate powered equipment such as vehicles, forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial boom lifts, etc.
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experiences:
- Five (5) years’ maintenance experience
- Carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills’
- HVAC Certification
- Journeyman Electrician

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Vo-Tech Certified
Reports to: Facility Maintenance Supervisor

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- US Citizen, position requires minimal travel to operations in US and Canada.
