What You Will Do

• Perform specialized work related to operating, maintenance, repair, and construction of ONE Gas facilities.
• Inspect, maintain, and alter existing and new office spaces.
• Analyze, research, and evaluate information including building plans, cost estimates, specifications, products, and materials.
• Oversee safety requirements and ensure code compliance for buildings.
• Perform facility inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, employees, and others regarding construction and maintenance activities, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain various systems such as office furniture, fixtures, HVAC, security, lighting, interior finishes, plumbing, and meeting room setups.
• Assist mailroom, print shop, and stationery personnel with shipping, printing, binding, and mail delivery tasks.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance; perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Knowledge of office construction planning, design, and methods.
• Experience in developing construction schedules and monitoring compliance.
• Understanding of ADA construction requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions.
• Experience with tools and equipment used in cabinetry and construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Leadership and delegation skills.
• Fluency in English reading and writing.
• Valid driver's license; preferred low-pressure boiler license.
• Mobility to travel and operate tools and equipment.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and perform maintenance tasks requiring kneeling, stooping, or reaching.
• Good color vision, depth perception, and visual acuity.
