Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with Board, staff, residents, volunteers, and contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of grounds maintenance.
• Supervisory experience managing staff and vendors.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Skilled in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades.
• Experience with community associations, country clubs or parks/recreation.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and walk long distances.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the building maintenance of association-owned properties.
• Inspects facilities routinely, schedules and maintains a preventive maintenance calendar.
• Builds relationships with vendors and contractors while directing their work.
• Maintains updated facility records and creates reports.
• Oversees room and amenity setup; prepares annual departmental budget.
• Ensures signage, lighting, gate closures, safety equipment are functional.
• Oversees seasonal and weather-related safety documentation and access.
• Performs light carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.
