Zaddy Solutions in Farmington, CT seeks a Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent to lead maintenance, installation, and consulting efforts on building projects, from new construction to renovations and sustainability upgrades.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and reporting, ensure code compliance and safety, coordinate with contractors and facility teams, perform hands-on maintenance as needed, and stay available for on-call support to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is of benefit.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Daily check in on construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials.
• Work with Department Manager to maintain project schedules with adherence to facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize disruption to operations.
• Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
• Provide support for project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Responsible for MaintainX Daily maintenance tasks
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed to ensure on-time delivery and operational continuity.
• Maintain availability for on-call support to address urgent maintenance needs and minimize downtime.

Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent provides maintenance, installation, and consulting support for building and infrastructure. Projects are specific to new building construction, existing building expansion, renovation of existing facilities, sustainability improvements, building systems modernization, improvement, or regulatory compliance updates, and building related improvements.

Responsibilities
