Job summary

Ashton North LLC is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent in Farmington, CT to oversee maintenance, installation, and consulting support for building projects. You will manage daily field operations on construction sites, coordinate with managers, contractors, and facility representatives, and ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, schedule adherence, reporting, on-call maintenance, and hands-on tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus.
• Experience managing complex projects in active production environments.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Daily check in on construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials.
• Work with Department Manager to maintain project schedules with adherence to facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize disruption to operations.
• Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
• Provide support for project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Responsible for MaintainX Daily maintenance tasks
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed to ensure on-time delivery and operational continuity.
• Maintain availability for on-call support to address urgent maintenance needs and minimize downtime.

Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent provides maintenance, installation, and consulting support for building and infrastructure. Projects are specific to new building construction, existing building expansion, renovation of existing facilities, sustainability improvements, building systems modernization, improvement, or regulatory compliance updates, and building related improvements.
