Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation oversees premier casino entertainment operations in the United States. We seek a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility operations, ensure safety, and drive reliability across properties.

You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, supervise subcontracted work, and uphold building codes while maintaining inventories and purchases. Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Must have thorough knowledge of operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Administer overall maintenance operations to maintain facilities and equipment at high efficiency.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff.
• Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and building codes.
• Possess thorough knowledge of operation, maintenance and repair of boilers; electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs.
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
• Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
