Responsibilities

• Maintain the building in top shape through maintenance and inspections.
• Create and implement schedules and checklists for preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors or repair crews for outsourced work.
• Ensure all work is completed daily and documented in the work order system.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance across building systems.
• Inspect and document HVAC filters, safety certificates, and building equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls and maintain readiness for incidents.
