Job summary

Intersect Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facility equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance procedures.

The role supports the maintenance department, ensuring sanitation, safety, and reliable operation of building systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow preventive maintenance plans are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in comparable position preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Inspect and repair per preventative maintenance program and EVS Manager requests.
• Check and service exhaust ventilators, HVAC units, and filters.
• Replace light bulbs, hang pictures, and move furniture as required.
• Perform touch up and redecorating tasks as required.
• Conduct regular environmental and maintenance rounds to ensure safety and sanitation.
