Job summary

Sartorius Maintenance Technician position located at a manufacturing campus requires hands-on maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment. The role involves troubleshooting PLCs, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and documenting work in CMMS.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics or related field.
3–5 years of maintenance experience in electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in manufacturing.
Proven PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (Ladder Logic; Siemens).
Ability to read electrical diagrams and interpret technical docs.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, test, and service electronic and electromechanical systems to meet specs and regulations.
Diagnose and repair equipment, including PLCs, ensuring optimal operation.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per SOPs to ensure reliability.
Record activities in CMMS and manage work orders, resources, and costs.
Support RCA, CAPA, downtime monitoring, and Lean Six Sigma for improvements.
