Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is seeking a Maintenance Repairman 2 to support Fine Wine & Good Spirits locations across the region, keeping facilities safe, functional, and attractive for customers and staff.

The role involves skilled work across multiple trades: shelving and fixtures installation, door and lock work, electrical and plumbing tasks, and operation of maintenance tools and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) or four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work involving at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facility Construction: Build and install shelving, counters, partitions, platforms, and various fixtures.
• Door and Lock Work: Repair and adjust doors, frames, automatic openers, and install or fix locks.
• Electrical Systems: Install circuits, outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring in line with electrical standards.
• Plumbing Tasks: Install and repair commodes, spigots, piping, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and maintenance vehicles.
