Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–2 years in facility maintenance, general labor, or related field.
• Ability to follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Physical capability to regularly perform tasks involving hearing, talking, touching, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain DOT physical certification.
• Basic reading and intermediate math skills.
• Use of personal cell phone required for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Repair facilities and equipment independently or with a team to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist skilled trades technicians with general maintenance tasks requiring standing and mobility.
• Support building systems maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) through hands-on work.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely and at heights; handle up to 75 pounds of force.
• Read diagrams and maintenance schedules; perform measurements using basic math.
• Use work orders and document activities; travel to other locations as needed.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation approximately once per month.
