Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board seeks a Maintenance Repairman 2 to service Fine Wine & Good Spirits locations across the region. This role uses multi-trade skills to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for customers and staff.

You will perform construction, door/lock work, electrical and plumbing tasks, and operate maintenance tools and vehicles with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A valid PA driver’s license and residency compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or four years of building and plant maintenance with two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the required knowledges, skills, and abilities

Responsibilities

• Facility Construction: Build and install shelving, counters, partitions, platforms, and various fixtures
• Door and Lock Work: Repair and adjust doors, frames, automatic openers, and install or fix locks
• Electrical Systems: Install circuits, outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring in line with electrical standards
• Plumbing Tasks: Install and repair commodes, spigots, piping, and other plumbing fixtures
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and maintenance vehicles
