• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
• Repair plumbing fixtures and fixtures, fix leaks, unclog drains, toilet repair
• Ensure safety standards meet company and regulatory guidelines
• Perform limited electrical work including wiring for switches and outlets
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on equipment and facilities
• Maintain safe equipment operation and safeguards during repairs
• Contribute to team efforts and handle related duties as needed
