Responsibilities

• Attend regular or rotating shifts as required.
• Perform maintenance and repair on building systems per codes and standards.
• Renovate or modify buildings and systems for new uses.
• Estimate material and labor needs and order parts.
• Maintain records of work orders and materials.
• Operate heavy machinery when required.
• Train others in repair and inspection methods.
• Support disaster response or COOP activation as needed.
