Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate to join our facilities team. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance for assigned buildings, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for tenants and staff.

Key duties include coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof upkeep, responding to work orders, and performing routine fire protection inspections.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years’ previous experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to tenant work orders and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate inspections and testing of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Report problems to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Must be available/on‑call for 24/7 emergencies.
