Responsibilities

• Provide interior and exterior maintenance to restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintain exterior and grounds including parking lot and dumpster pad areas.
• Rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage using FIFO and monitor shelf life.
