Responsibilities

• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely, accurate manner.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs as scheduled.
• Maintain appearance of building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Stock food and rotate inventory using FIFO, monitor shelf life and dates.
• Maintain basic knowledge of all restaurant equipment and operation.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment safely and correctly.
